Sales Methods

The method sets the coach's tone, its objection posture, and how each call is scored.

These are methodology templates, described generically. Selecting one rewrites how the live rail phrases rebuttals and changes the weights behind the call score — it does not change your objection content.

Question-Led / Neuro-Emotional

Active

Commonly associated with NEPQ-style training

Calm, tonality-driven discovery. The rep almost never asserts — objections are answered with another question so the prospect talks themselves into the gap.

Tone

Low pressure, curious, slow pace. Never argue, never pitch over an objection.

Objection posture

Answer the objection with a clarifying question first. Give the rebuttal only after the prospect restates the problem in their own words.

Assumptive High-Pressure Close

Commonly associated with high-volume closer training

Momentum-driven. Assumes the sale, reframes price as the cost of inaction, and creates urgency around the decision rather than the discount.

Tone

Confident, high energy, assumptive. Ask for the close more than once.

Objection posture

Acknowledge in one line, reframe to cost of inaction, close again immediately.

Straight-Line Control

Commonly associated with straight-line selling

Tight control of the call's direction. Every objection loops back to building certainty in three things: the product, the rep, and the company.

Tone

Controlled, warm but directive. Keep the call on the line from open to close.

Objection posture

Loop: acknowledge, deflect, raise certainty on product / person / company, then close again.
